GOD WIELDS A RUBBER HAMMER

KRAUTHAUS is a short story found in [REDACTED], an anthology created by [REDACTED]. Set in a time line adjacent to our own, two men become separated in the wake of World War II. Nearly 20 years later, they crash into each other again- the way a bomb, once dropped, will explode.

Alternate history Nazisploitation, mild sci-fi, considered splatterpunk by some. It's been described as brutal, vile, deeply erotic, and 'the most perfect of all humiliations'.

Acknowledgements

Writing KRAUTHAUS was my easiest and hardest project in years. It squeezed till I bugged out like an eye-pop stress toy; it wouldn't let me go. But making it real meant confronting things I hadn't dared to for a long time, most of them internal. I couldn't have done it without the support of those who helped bring KRAUTHAUS to a head.

Thank you to my internet perverts in crime (you know who you are)- in particular to K. and J.D.R. for letting me come play. Thank you to the friends I can trust with this part of me. Thank you to my spouse for being my first beta reader, an indispensable editor, and cherished advisor on how to make a disgusting situation even worse. What a freak.❣️

Afterword

Some day, I'd like to write the novel version of Citric and Apatite's story- which is really the story of a character who doesn't appear in the zine. You'll meet him at some point, novel or not.

I'm not done playing with this world yet.
